The Jaguars (1-3) are on a three-game losing streak after falling 33-25 at Cincinnati last week. Quarterback Gardner Minshew has thrown for 1,138 yards and eight touchdowns this season.
The Texans, off to an 0-4 start, fired head coach and general manager Bill O'Brien after last week's 31-23 loss to Minnesota. Star QB Deshaun Watson has thrown for 1,092 yards and six TDs.
