Lots of options to start on Saturday. It's hard to sell this game unless you're a fan of one of the teams. Expect an offensive spectacle. A game where I can easily see points being scored. The two teams are not exceptional on defense.
(4) Florida Vs (21) Texas A&M The way both teams have been playing since the start of the season, I expect a largely uneven match. The duo of Kyles (Trask & Pitts) for Florida do too much damage for the Agies to stop them.
(22) Florida vs Texas A&M FOX: The only thing to remember here is that this is a rivalry. A rivalry between two teams that disappoint in 2020. Expect a lot of points. As you heard on the Lucid Sports podcast, defenses are optional. While the only stake in this game is honor, I think it will be an interesting duel to watch.
(19) Virginia Tech Vs (8) North Carolina ABC: Two undefeated teams in the ACC. On the one hand, North Carolina is potentially too highly ranked at the start of the season. They weren't convincing and should have lost to Boston College. On the Virginia Tech side, I think they could be ranked higher. I love their ground game at the start of the season. On average, the team is running for 319 yards per game.
UTSA Vs (15) BYU : BYU Cougars should destroy UTSA. Still, BYU has one of the nicest teams to watch. A team that plays very physical and scores a lot of points.
Texas Tech Vs (24) Iowa State ABC: Another Big Ten duel with plenty of points ahead. Following their victory over Oklahoma, I expect the Iowa State Cyclones to start the game with a bang.
(14) Tennessee Vs (3) Georgia CBS: The SEC Game of the Week will feature two of the 3 undefeated teams in the SEC East. Georgia is counting on a defensive wall and I have no idea how Coach Pruitt will get through it. Georgia should win this game, but Tennessee has a talented young team and I want to see their progress.
Arkansas Vs (13) Auburn : I never thought I would say that, but Filipe Frank (QB, Arkansas) gives the Razorbacks a chance to compete in this game. Auburn hasn't been the defensive force of the last few years, so I'm hopeful that we will have a tighter game than the 14-point spread we're told.
Florida vs Texas A&M - FOX: Duel between two teams who can pitch and for whom defenses are optional. Expect a game here too that will end with a lot, a lot of points.
Florida State Vs (5) Notre DameNBC: The Seminoles are just too bad to offer Notre Dame opposition, a game that shouldn't really get you excited.
